This page is used to provide information about your JEMH license. Note: this mainly applies to Server licenses.

Data Center
As Data Center licences are not generated by JEMH this means that this page only provides information about licenses as marketplace licenses cannot be renewed through JEMH. To review your Data Center see Jira System Admin > Add-Ons > Manage apps > JEMH > License Box. Cutting the license out and saving will clear it, re-enabling Vendor license features.
Server
We have permanently turn off the web eval generator hosted through our online shop.
Evals can still be obtained through sales@thepluginpeople.com for customers who have expired licenses and need to renew.
Here you are able to view some useful information about your JEMH Server license. e.g. when Maintenance will expire, your Server Id and organisation.
Installed Server License
This section shows you useful information about the current installed JEMH license.
Organisation
This is the organisation that this license has been issued for. If this does not match the organisation used within the Jira license then new licenses will not apply.
Date Purchased
The date that the License was purchased.
License Type
This is the type of license that has been applied. e.g. Online evaluation.
Maintenance Status
This defines when your license is going to run out.
Installed Applications
This defines the applications that are installed. e.g. JSM, Jira Software, Jira Core.
Server Id
This is the Id of your Server instance.
User Limit
This is the maximum number of users you can have in the instance.
License Status Notification Recipients
This is where you enter a list of recipients that should be notified when the license is about to expire.
License expiration reminder notice period
This is the number of days before the expiration date that a notification should be sent. Current options are:
30 days
45 days
60 days
75 days
90 days
License Status Notification Recipients
JEMH will notify the unique set of Forward users when license expiry is imminent or on expiry. Additional recipients can also be set within the textbox using a CSV format (user1@domain.com,user2@domain.com)

This section provides the relevant information that is needed to quote for a new JEMH License. For server quotes, eval licenses and invoices please contact sales@thepluginpeople.com.
Vendor License Entry Form (Server only)
This is where you enter new Server Licenses. The licenses will need to contain the Leading (<JEMHLicense>) and Trailing (</JEMHLicense>) tags.
