User (legacy documentation)

This is where to enter a default Reporter name, in case there is no other reporter name found.  The value in this field can be superseded by what is in the rules.

To access this section, click on Profiles then on your left, click on User, then on Edit.  Field in the Reporter name.  This name must be a value JIRA user.  Click on Submit to save your changes.
