The Plugin People Ltd do not meet the criteria for being registered for AML supervision as we do not handle cash, and do not handle funds for 3rd parties:

Though unlikely, for the record, we cannot accept cash for software license purchases.

Payments made to us by Direct wire transfer
Payments made to us by Credit Card payment cleared through PayPal
Specific to Enterprise Mail Handler for Jira Cloud: DataPacks and Plan Upgrades

Refunds
Whilst we have a no-refund policy for software licenses, some cases qualify; e.g. where a customer pays an invoice twice.
Wire transfers
In order to refund a wire transfer, we require a PDF containing the originating bank name, address, sort and account code. The refund will be made from the same account the credit was received.
Invoices are typically in USD, all such payments are converted as part of clearing to GBP at the prevailing rate. Where a refund is required, the GBP value we received will be returned. Charges deducted are typically 25 GBP for wire payments.
Cheques
Invoices are typically in USD, all such payments are converted as part of clearing to GBP at the prevailing rate. Where a refund is required, the GBP value we received will be returned. Charges deducted are typically 35 GBP for cheques.
PayPal/credit card
Invoices are typically in USD, such payments are refunded minus a 40GBP charge (non refunded fees charged by paypal).
