Issue (legacy documentation)

This is the section where you can set default values for Issue type, and others.  The values that are entered here can be superseded by what is provided in the email.  The values allowed, via the dropdown must be value for the project that has been selected.

To access this section, click on Issue on the left of your screen.  Enter the values as appropriate.  Then click on Submit to save the changes.
