Use Usage History Auditing

Summary
Usage History within Auditing allows you to visualise the Message Volume and the Data Usage you are currently using within Jira Server/Data Center. This information will assist with identifying which Data Plan would be best suited if you decide to migrate to Jira Cloud.
How to enable Usage History Auditing
To enable Usage History Auditing you toggle Usage History within JEMH > Auditing > Settings.
Viewing the audit log
The Usage History log can be accessed within the Auditing section of JEMH within Usage History page.
How is Message Volume calculated
Message Volume is a count of how many inbound and outbound mails are processed by JEMH. This is incremented by 1 every time there is an inbound email or an outbound notification.
How is Data Usage calculated
Data usage is increased for every single inbound email or outbound notification and is dependant on the size of the email.
Summary values
This is an overall summary that identifies the total Messages that have been sent or received and the amount of data that was used when sending or receiving these emails.
Filter options
Within the Usage History page there are three filter options Project, Duration and Data Size.
Project
Here you are able to view the values on a per Project basis.
Duration
This allows you to view the data values from a specific period of time. The current options are Last Six Months, Current Month or Current Day.
Data Size
This allows to select the Data size to view the results in. This can either be “MB” or “kB”.
