Connecting to a shared mailbox
To set this up go to Messaging > Message Sources and press 'create'
Select 'Sign in with Microsoft'
Make sure that the bottom option is selected, and press OK.
Troubleshooting
Check connectivity
If you are having problems connecting to a shared mailbox, first confirm basic user connectivity using Microsoft’s own connectivity analyser, found here: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/O365Ola/input.
Enter email address of shared mailbox in the Email address field
Click Sign in button next to Modern Authentication (OAuth) credentials
Authenticate using the same account being used for OAuth in JEMH Cloud for the message source connection.
Verify the browser session (fill in captcha) and agree to notice
Click Perform Test
If there are errors in the test result, check with your administrator
