Global Exclusions

What are exclusions

Exclusions allow you to prevent certain emails, attachments and notifications from being processed. Excluded items can be either forwarded (to the forward user) or dropped silently.

Who can configure exclusions

User’s will need to either been given access to the app or have access to the Jira Project Settings.JEMHCloud Exclusions can be defined within two locations, JEMHCloud app (Global to all Projects or specific Project) and through the Jira project (Applied that specific Project).

When exclusion rules apply, the JEMHC > Auditing > item > Report contains details as to why.  Auditing is located in global configuration (JEMHCloud > Auditing) and through the Jira project administrator screen (Project Admin > JEMHCloud > Auditing).
