Project Settings Configuration

Summary

Within the Project Settings configuration you are able to access a Project specific view of the JEMHC configuration which will allows Project Admins the ability to adjust the JEMHC configuration that relates to that specific Project.

This JEMHCloud configuration can be accessed by going to Project > Project Setting > JEMHCloud.

Profiles

Within the Profiles section you are able to modify any Profile that has a Project Mapping that will create issues in the project. Note: You will not be able to modify rules that are used for a different Project.

Exclusions

The Exclusions tab allows you to modify and create exclusions that can be used for that project. You are only able to modify exclusions that are scoped to that Project. Exclusions that are scoped for all Project (Global) can only be modified by Jira administrators that have access to the main JEMHCloud Configuration.

Within the project Settings you are able to modify and create exclusions that will:

Test Cases

Test Cases allow you to test whether the Profile is configured correctly as per your needs. Here you are able to view, edit and create Test Cases for that particular Project allowing Project Admins to test the profile configurations. Note: Project Admins can only modify Test Cases that are scoped for that Project.

Notifications

Within the Notifications Tab you able to view and modify the Images and Static Resources that have been scoped for this Project. This will display items that have a scope of Global and to that specific Project. Note: Items with a scope of Global can only be viewed and cannot be modified as they can affect other Projects.

Auditing

Here you are able to view all audit events for issues found within this specific project. This includes Events, Failed Events, Inbound Messages and Outbound Messages.

Events - Here you are able to Export, Run (Reprocess) and View Event Data. For the full documentation about Event auditing see :

Failed Events - This page shows events that have failed processing and subsequent retries.

Inbound Messages - This page shows an audit log of messages received for processing in the last 30 days. You are able to view the Report, Export the email, View the HTML/Text body and Re-run (Reprocess) the email. For the full documentation about Inbound Message auditing see:

Outbound Messages - This page shows an audit log of notification messages sent in the last 30 days. You are able to view the Report, Export the outbound email and View the HTML/Text body. For full documentation about outbound message auditing see:
