EMQ not flushing queues

Problem

We've heard that EMQ <=1.8.5 can get into a state where the flush job doesn't run.  we recommend customers upgrade to  1.9.x as part of the following process:

Solution

1. Uninstall EMQ

2. Go to System > Scheduler details > com.thepluginpeople.jira.emq:EMQScheduledFlushJob , perhaps your schedulers Not runnable:

3. Now use the cog icon on the right to Delete the Job (no data is lost here, we're just clearing a broken job entry)

4. Use Addons > Find new add-ons and install EMQ again, this should pick up 1.9.x

5. Review System > Scheduler details > com.thepluginpeople.jira.emq:EMQScheduledFlushJob entry, should look like:

6. Reboot Jira to initialise the new jobs
