Adding a Mail Server

As a JIRA administrator, navigate to the JIRA > System > Mail menu, there select Enterprise Mail Queue.

This will show the Enterprise Mail Queue (EMQ) About page:

To create an inbound server, access the Mail Configuration Tab, then click Add Mail Server:

This will cause a window to appear where you can enter server parameters:

Connectivity details can be fully entered when the Service Provider is Custom, or simplified, for Gmail/Yahoo accounts.

When done, there is a Test Connection operation to validate which should result in:

Once saved by clicking Add, the Mail Connection will be listed:

With this done, it is now possible to add a mail queue.
