Accessing attached .eml emails with windows IE

Scenario

JEMH has been configured to attach either the original email, or has found attachments that are themselves emails.  When a user clicks on these in IE, a brief summary of the email is provided, but not the full body.

Solution

Users must download the attached files rather than just clicking on them.  Once downloaded, the files should be renamed something.mht then Outlook will know what to do with them.
