Reopen a resolved issue by email
Reopening issues by email
JEMH can check issues that are commented on and advance the issue through workflow, however, in order to do so an issue must be in an appropriate workflow state.
Setting the Workflow configuration below will find issues that are 'resolved', and advance them through the workflow step 'Reopen Issue'. (NOTE, the 'Use first word only workflow name match' allows 'reopen' to be used instead of 'Reopen Issue'.
