The Mail Handler HTML is good and hasn’t changed in years, A bug has surfaced with a few browsers causing its content to be hidden, use alternate browsers until later releases come through with fixes.

Edge

  • Edge v131, specifically found in ,,, where the select options are not shown.

Chrome

  • macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 / Version 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (arm64)

  • linux / Version 134.0.6998.88 (Official Build) (64-bit) – latest available as of 14 MAR 2025

 

Workaround

Use browser developer tools to edit the select control on the page, remove size='5' attribute, it will drop to a single select and show the options.

 

We’re going to patch supported versions to make it a single select to solve this out, should be done in the coming week (17 MAR+)
