Templates configuration

This is whether you control which templates are used to render notifications for certain circumstances during processing.

These templates are managed within Notifications > Templates. For information about creating new templates, see the following page: Create custom Theme and Template Sets

Notification Format

Defines the format that the notification should use. This can be Text or HTML.

Blacklist Forward Template

This template is used when a forward notification is being send due to the email being excluded from being processed further. Typically when using Profile Exclusions.

Non Catch Email Forward Template

Template used when the email does not include the Catch Email Address as a recipient.

Message Process Error Template

Template used to send an notification when there has been a processing error.

Limit Exceeded template

Template used to send a notification when after a limit has been exceeded. Typically the Comment Limit (Loop Detection).

Precedence Bulk

Template used when forwarding a Bulk email. Detected by having a Precedence: bulk header within the email.

Comment Header

Template used to add a comment header to a comment.

Message Rejected

Template used to inform the sender that an email has been rejected.
