https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/browse/JEMHC-634 Better support attachment inclusion by tagging attachments when sent, this will address the common case of a textual comment being edited overtime interspersed with attachments being added, historically, individual updates may have been sent, and/or dur to the time-duration spent editing, some attachments may not have been included in notifications, with this change, one notification should contain all attachments added that have not otherwise been sent. NOTE: For this to work "Require Comment To Notify" must be set in the JEMHC > Notifications > Issue Notification Mapping (edit each mapping to see)
https://thepluginpeople.atlassian.net/browse/JEMHC-622 A lot of time is spent trying to notify new JEMHC evaluators of some common problems with mail setup after 'starter' evaluation plan limits (messages /data) have been reached. This has now been automated for cases where 50% or more messages or data have been consumed by 'maintenance' traffic. No manual follow-ups will be done from this point forward.
