NOTE: For this to work "Require Comment To Notify" must be set in the JEMHC > Notifications > Issue Notification Mapping (edit each mapping to see)
A lot of time is spent trying to notify new JEMHC evaluators of some common problems with mail setup after 'starter' evaluation plan limits (messages /data) have been reached. This has now been automated for cases where 50% or more messages or data have been consumed by 'maintenance' traffic. No manual follow-ups will be done from this point forward.
Handling of inactive users. From this point forward inactive users will not receive notifications.
