1. The deprecation of Basic Authentication for Outlook personal email accounts effective September 16, 2024

2. A reminder of end of support for the Mail & Calendar apps by the end of 2024

3. And the deprecation of light version of Outlook web application effective August 19, 2024

Mostly, JEMHC customers will be using business accounts, what gives further headroom, however, JEMHC integrations should be updated to use current Oauth authentication methods for inbound and outbound mail.

Longer term customer may have used Exchange Web Services (EWS) which is deprecated at this point, any customers still using EWS should migrate to using the current modern Oauth method.
