Incoming Auditing Actions Error Popup

Overview

When using the Auditing Actions, if required information is missing form the Audit Event, such as the original email, Processing Report, or the Audit Event itself an error popup will be created to direct towards mitigation for the issue. Whilst there are a number of different Actions there are only four different popups, which are as follows:

Missing Original Email

Missing Processing Report

Cannot Generate Support ZIP

Missing Audit Event

Missing Original Email

Missing Processing Report

Cannot Generate Support ZIP

Missing Audit Event

Note: All popups recommend enabling JEMH Logging and link to instructions on how to enable this.

Missing Original Email

This popup covers common causes for a missing original email and links to relevant documentation pages that cover the issue in more detail. The pages are as follows:

FolderClosedException

MessageRemovedException

Missing Processing Report

For most databases there are no common causes for a missing processing report, however MySQL databases have poor support for Multi Byte characters and will not store a report containing these characters. If a MySQL database is detected the following message along with links to the following pages are shown:

Cannot Generate Support ZIP

This popup covers both missing emails and missing reports and will use the same links respectively.

Missing Audit Event

Finally, a Missing Audit event will trigger a Popup that links to how to enable JEMH logging and recommends logging a support request as the cause is unknown.
